Why We Need To Revisit Rothko’s Colours

An article that will explore the ocular effects of Rothko’s colours. By choosing certain colour combinations and hues, Rothko’s colour choices would stimulate, excite, depress or tranquilize the viewer. This is known as chromodynamics. I’d like for this article to remind the reader of the importance of art and the sensations art can uniquely bring onto the viewer.
